OUR STORY
For over twenty years, our paths have repeatedly crossed in the professional world. And so it was when, "rather by chance," we were once again given the opportunity to be part of an exciting project together. There was a startup with a tight budget and a contractually agreed-upon go-live date of "just two days ago." From zero to one hundred! That was the motto, and we were thrown in at the deep end, with the message: "You'll manage, and we (the founders) will focus on the business idea!" The task: co-founding – assembling a development team, setting up accounting and controlling, establishing sales and client processes, structuring HR, and last but not least, getting a fully functional office up and running. For us, it was: "No time to waste, let's get to work." Within a few months, we had built the structures to such an extent that all business processes were already operating within a certain routine and comfort zone.
Despite the enormous workload, we remained enthusiastic about the spirit of the project and, above all, the process of building a startup. This period was incredibly inspiring and continues to influence us today. We invested a great deal of brainpower in brainstorming and intensively explored the question: "How can both the founding and growth phases be made more efficient?"
Ultimately, this gave us the idea of supporting startups and companies with a team that has a lot of practical experience in a wide range of environments, in order to cover the entire spectrum of business and project operations in a targeted and efficient manner, as well as to build structures.
